Shipping & Delivery
FOB Elgin, Illinois. Most orders ship within 48hrs. If there is any delay, a member of our team will contact you with an update. Opinel USA offers faster shipping services at the Retailer’s expense. Unless the Retailer selects a specific shipping service, prepaid orders will ship UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail for HI and AK.
Prepaid Freight: Orders over $750 NET or more ship prepaid. $500 NET for orders placed on the WHSE portal.
Drop Ship Fee: 10% per ship-to address PLUS applicable freight.
Shipping Claims: All claims for loss, damage or shortage must be emailed to sales@opinel-usa.com within 7 business days of receipt of goods.

RTV & Exchange
Opinel USA offers a 30-days Return to Vendor (“RTV”) policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, Opinel USA reserves the right to decline your RTV or Exchange request. To be eligible for a return, the Products must be unused and in the same condition that you received in. It must also be in the original case pack packaging.
To initiate an RTV or Exchange, please email us at sales@opinel-usa.com or call 773 754 3275 (M-F 9-5CST). An RTV number will be assigned and provided to you. Returns received by the warehouse without prior RTV authorization will not be processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 72hrs.
